so i work a shelter with the dogs and iv been training a dog named simon and i love him and he only do certain things like the tricks and stuff i taught him when im there and i really want to adopt him but my mother is afraid of his breed and wont get to know him and hes the most sweetest thing you'll meet he might be a pit bull terrier but i just judge the personality of the dog not the breed and hes perfect to me..

I had a American Bulldog once. He was the sweetest thing ever too and then one day he just... Kinda snapped... And it was just out of the blue too, we raised him from a puppy and I grew up with him until I was probably 5 or 6 years old

It's hard to tell with dogs like pitbulls, bulldogs, German shepherds, etc. Though I do agree, not all of them are the same and bad and such but as I can say from experience, you may even have a dog for years but you just... Never know what'll happen.
